Winson Tan

Winson Tan obtained his LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Malaya in the year 2015. He did his pupillage at Messrs. Cheong Yee & Partners and was called to the Bar in 2016. Subsequently, he joined Messrs. Y C Pang, Chong & Gordon, and Messrs. Rabinder Budiman & Associates as a Legal Associate.

Winson heads the Firm’s Conveyancing Department. He undertakes legal documentation and advisory work on Banking and Conveyancing transactions including Loan and Security Documentation, Tenancy and Lease Agreements, Deed of Trust, and Power of Attorney.

Winson is conversant in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. He is also actively engaged with public sharing by publishing legal articles and having Media Interview by 988.
