Winson Tan
Winson Tan obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2015. He was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016.
Winson heads the Firm’s Conveyancing Department and oversees all property and banking-related matters. His practice includes Sale and Purchase Agreements, sub-sale transactions, loan documentation, and the perfection of transfers and charges.
He is also actively involved in advising clients on land acquisition, joint ventures, and real estate disputes. Notably, Winson has assisted clients in acquiring durian orchard land and subsequently developing it into a resort with an integrated durian orchard concept.
Winson has also acted for a client with a sizeable estate, advising on the full administration process and overseeing the transmission and transfer of assets to the beneficiaries.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, Winson is passionate about public legal education. He regularly writes on property law and has shared his insights on platforms such as 988 FM.
In recognition of his professional achievements and entrepreneurial contributions, Winson has been accepted as a member of BPH – British Publishing House Ltd Successful People in Malaysia & Singapore (2024) and was previously named among the Elite Entrepreneurs by the Page in 2022.
